CHILDREN’S SOFT PLAY PARTY BUS – BESPOKE SERVICES, ASHFORD

Scope Of Booking

 

Frankie's Fun Bus undertakes to provide the Play Bus, the facilities within & any extras such as food & party bags agreed in advance between the hirer & Frankie's Fun Bus.

 

Frankie's Fun Bus cannot be held responsible or liable for any other aspect of the party it attends.

 

Deposit & Payment

 

A Non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking. Bookings cannot be confirmed or the party time reserved until the deposit has been received by us. The remaining balance is due by clear funds 14 Days before the party date. We can accept cash, Square, Sumup or bank transfer. EDIT ONE based on Feedback

 

Card Details

​

We use Square as our payment system, which securely stores your card details on file. This feature allows our business to collect any final or outstanding balances up to 5 days before your booking. Square card-on-file also allows us to charge for any loss, damage, extra requests or accessory cleaning costs to our equipment.

 

You will be notified in advance before any charges are taken, and you can request that your payment details be removed.

 

Parking & Access

 

Please choose the site where you would like your party to be held carefully. We can hold the party at the roadside, where we will need space to park the party bus. Please ensure that there will be four parking spaces altogether available when we arrive. If you would like the party to be held in a driveway or on other ground, please be sure that there is access to get a double-decker bus in, possibly turn it around, & get out again. Also, ensure that a driveway is able to take the weight of the party bus.

 

The bus weighs 11 tonnes & private driveways may not be designed for that weight.

 

Please tell us of any low bridges, narrow or unmade lanes or roads on the way to your party site.

 

Remember it's a double-decker bus! It is tall & wide.

 

If we are unable to reach the party site due to access problems for the party bus that we were not told about in advance, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the party fees.

 

If you are unsure of the access or party site, please contact the bus for advice.

 

Supervision & Safety

 

Two responsible adult members of the party must be on the party bus at all times for the duration of the party.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for children with allergies, please ensure that they are correctly catered &to and cared for.

 

All shoes & coats must be removed on the party bus & put in the spaces provided, & socks must be worn at all times for safety reasons.

 

No sharp objects, food or drink may be taken into the softplay area. All food & drink must be consumed in the diner provided on the party bus.

 

Any unwell or injured children cannot enter the party bus.

 

We do not have toilet facilities on the party bus. The toilet facilities are the responsibility of the party hirer & the hirer's supervisor.

Adults are responsible for ensuring that the children use them when necessary. In the event of toilet accidents, a cleaning fee will be charged.

 

The party will end 5 or 10 minutes before the last hour is finished to allow us to leave on time, as we may have other parties to go to.

 

Please note that there will be a £2.50 per mile charge for areas in excess of TN26 3JL.

 

Cancellation

 

If the bus is unable to attend a booking due to mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions, or illness of the krazykidzpartybus team, a refund shall be paid of the full party fees, including the booking fee.

 

If the party is cancelled by the hirer seven days or less before the party date, then the fees are not refundable.

 

If we are unable to reach the party site due to access problems for the party bus that we were not told about in advance, the party fees are not refundable.
